Anyone do alot with rhinestones? Empty Anyone do alot with rhinestones?

I am trying to do a shirt with two ladybugs on it with rhinestones and OMG if I would have known what a pain these little things are to flip over and put in the hole I would NOT have done this shirt! Is there an easier way to handle these??
