my carrier sheet has disappeared?? Empty my carrier sheet has disappeared??

Hey all- I'm relatively new to the Silhouette. I have a mac and the new Silhouette Studio Software- no craft robo. My Reveal Carrier Sheet will not work when I open a new document. Everything was fine and dandy one night and when I opened Silhouette up in the morning, it wouldn't allow me to reveal the carrier sheet on new documents. It looks like I erased the carrier sheet but I don't know how to get it back. What did I do??? Anyone know?

After unplugging the silhouette and restarting my computer, the problem has been fixed. Unplugging and restarting seems to be the fix to a lot of things when the silhouette freaks out.
