Hidden images?

Hi. Does anyone know why some purchased images might be 'hidden'? When I am in my library, it shows 189 files for 'Show All Designs' but when you look in that folder, there are 5 missing (it shows 184 files at the bottom). All images ARE accounted for when I sort them into folders below but I don't get why those 5 images (downloaded together) don't show up in the main folder.

This is just a weird problem but if I look in the main folder, I should be able to view ALL designs! If anyone knows why this might be happening, it would be appreciated.

In case anyone has run into this as well, I figured it out... go into preferences/advanced and select 'reindex my library'. After I did this, all images appeared on the main library page.

I ran into an error the other day after downloading images. Silhouette Studio actually wanted me to reindex the library which I did. Never had seen that error before.
